These terms explain how you may use Collabe at collabe.io. Collabe helps founders publish products, discover other businesses, and arrange collaborations. For questions about these terms, contact hello@collabe.io.

Your account

Use accurate information and keep access to your account secure. You must be able to enter into an agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you act for a business, you must have permission to do so. Tell us if you believe someone is using your account without permission.

Your products and content

Only submit products you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for having permission to use any names, images, links and other content you share. You keep ownership of your content and give Collabe permission to store, display and format it to provide the service.

Product pages, founder profiles and published reviews are public. Collaboration requests and messages are shared with the other participants. Please don’t include confidential information in public fields.

Launching and collaboration

We review products before publication and may request changes, reject a submission, or suspend a listing that is misleading, harmful or breaks these terms. Paying for Pro does not bypass review. You may correct and resubmit a rejected product.

Collaboration requires a published product and verified website ownership. Founders agree on their own work, timing and responsibilities. Collabe does not provide escrow, arrange founder-to-founder payments, or guarantee another founder’s work.

Free and Pro plans

Free includes a product page, directory listing, founder profile and collaboration access once eligible. Pro costs $10 once per product, plus any taxes shown at checkout. It adds a Pro badge, a permanent dofollow link, a review of at least 1,500 words written by our team, and seven days of featured placement.

The featured period starts when both payment and publication have occurred. Active featured products rotate through up to six homepage slots and appear on the Featured page. Republishing a product does not restart its featured period. Permanent Pro benefits last while the product remains eligible and listed on Collabe; they do not promise that the service will operate forever.

Free products receive a dofollow link while their Collabe badge remains verified on their website. Pro does not require a badge for its dofollow link. Search and AI platforms make their own indexing and ranking decisions. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, sales or collaboration results.

Use Collabe responsibly

Don’t use Collabe for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, malware, or attempts to access someone else’s data. Don’t bypass submission limits, send misleading collaboration offers, or interfere with the service. We may limit or suspend access to protect the community.

Third-party services

Product links lead to websites operated by other people. Their services and terms are their responsibility. Sign-in and payment providers may also have terms that apply to their services.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Collabe available, but interruptions and errors can happen. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Leaving Collabe and changes to these terms

Contact us to request account deletion or to discuss a restriction on your account. We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the updated date here. We will communicate material changes where required. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
